You will need to be creative and skilled at writing.
In addition to this, there will be marketing coordination / administrative duties such as light customer service, various office, and customer service-related tasks such as responding to customer inquiries online and via text, updating calendars and reports, and working as a member of a team on a variety of projects and tasks that will evolve and change over time.
We work with marketing pieces and channels and your role will evolve over time.
The content writing will be a large part of your role but will not be your only job duties we all wear many hats.
This is meant to be a long-term part-time position that could eventually go full-time for the right person.
Administrative tasks may include updating calendars, light data entry, working collaboratively on projects, administrative skills, using Outlook for emails, using MS Word to create office documents and flyers, and working in a support role on office related tasks.
Projects and work will vary over time.
Support a variety of marketing channels with organizations needs such as writing content in both English and Spanish, calendaring of marketing event and articles, checklist creation, and tracking, A to B testing of emails, etc.
Provide exceptional collaboration and service to team members via phone, email, and chat.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
Be flexible with ever-changing work and priorities.
Qualifications:
Team player uses initiative and self-starter Strong writting skills.
Ability to creatively write emails, landing pages and artciles related to Catholic content.
W-2 Position.
Job Type:
Part-time 20 hours per week.
ONSITE in Rossville.
Flexible schedule Monday - Friday between 8am - 5pm.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
